Driver Application
TO ALL PERSPECTIVE CONTRACT DRIVERS:
Thank you for your interest in TeamQRT Inc. We are a drive-away company that transports buses all over the United States and Canada. As an independent contracted group driver, you can choose when and how many trips you would like to take for us throughout the year. We provide the transportation back to our Highpoint, North Carolina pick up location once each trip has been completed. We also cover most of the expenses that are incurred during each trip. This includes and is not limited to fuel for transport, motels, tolls, permits and repairs. However, you are responsible for your own food during each trip. Once delivery is completed and all paperwork (including daily Driver Logs) is turned into your Group Leader, you will receive your pay for the trip. Driver Pay will be loaded on to your Comdata Card. Because this is a 1099 independent contractor position, YOU will be responsible for all your taxes. We do not deduct any taxes from your settlement.

- Walkie Talkie (can be purchased from the TeamQRT office)
- Cell Phone
- Screwdrivers (Flathead & Phillips)
- Adjustable Crescent Wrench
- ½ inch wrench
- Blue Painters Tape
When Completing Your Application:
When completing your application through our Tenstreet application process. Please be sure to list all of your employment under “Employment”, and give full employer information such as dates of employment, full address, phone number, position held, areas driven, etc. You will also need to grant us permission to reach out to each of your employers in order for your application to be processed in full.
Items Needed for the Application Process:
In order to process your application we will need you to send us a CLEAR Copy of the following documents:
- Valid CDL front and back (CDL must be issued within the state that you reside, and have a “P” passenger endorsement)
- Valid DOT MED Card
- Social Security Card
- Passport (Passport is only required if you plan to make cross the border trips into Canada)
